REFUND POLICY

There are absolutely no refunds. All sales are final. However, funds can be transferred to another trip of your choice if proper notice is given without any penalty. Proper notice is considered a written notice given by email no less than 90 days to the start date of the trip. If the notice is less than 90 days there will be a $200 penalty with the transfer of your funds to another trip. The trip shall be paid in full by the deadline. If it is not, a late fee of $50 will be placed on your account and we are subject to collect before the trip’s start date. If late fee is not paid funds would either be forfeited with no refund or transferred to another trip and that is up to our discretion.

The only way we will issue a refund is if we cancel a trip for any reason.
